The Intellectual Foundations for Developing Justice in the Prophetic Approach - الأسس الفكرية في المنهج النبوي لتنمية العدل

Abstract

This research aims to highlight the intellectual and methodological foundations for achieving justice in the Prophetic methodology, considering justice as a central value to ensure balance and harmony in human societies. It sheds light on the comprehensive dimensions of this value in addressing the civilizational challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah. The study examines the issue of weakened justice and the dominance of oppressors in contemporary societies. It employs a descriptive-analytical approach to study Prophetic texts and the practical stances of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The study concludes that the Prophetic methodology for achieving justice is based on six main foundations: justice in dealing with the human self by considering its physical, spiritual, and intellectual aspects; justice in addressing individual competencies and differences; establishing the pillars of comprehensive justice, including fraternity, consultation, and equal citizenship rights; balancing intellectual dichotomies such as reason and revelation, and worldly and spiritual concerns; eliminating the
sources of injustice, such as ignorance, bigotry, and selfishness; and devising suitable mechanisms to safeguard justice, such as defending rights and enjoining good while forbidding evil. The study emphasizes the necessity of activating these principles in the Islamic reality to revive justice in the life of the Ummah, enhance awareness of authentic Islamic teachings through strong connections with the Qur’an and Sunnah, and leverage education and innovation to achieve sustainable development. It calls for understanding the laws of change and competition to strengthen Islamic unity, build a society based on social justice, and revive the Islamic identity, ensuring the Ummah regains its civilizational leadership in alignment with modern-day needs.

هدف البحث إلى إبراز الأسس الفكرية والمنهجية لتحقيق العدل في المنهج النبوي، باعتباره قيمة محورية لضمان التوازن والانسجام في المجتمعات الإنسانية، وتسليط الضوء على الأبعاد الشاملة لهذه القيمة في معالجة التحديات الحضارية للأمة الإسلامية. تناول البحث الإشكالية المتعلقة في ضعف العدل وتسلط الظالمين في المجتمعات المعاصرة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة النصوص النبوية والمواقف العملية للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم. خلص البحث إلى أن المنهج النبوي لتحقيق العدل يقوم على ستة أسس رئيسية: العدل في التعامل مع الذات الإنسانية بمراعاة أبعادها المادية والروحية والعقلية، العدل في التعامل مع الكفاءات والفروق الفردية، بناء ملامح العدل الشامل من أخوة وشورى وحقوق مواطنة متساوية، الموازنة بين الثنائيات الفكرية كتكلف والعقل والدنيا والآخرة، تخفيف منابِع الظلم كالجهل والعصبيات والأحقاد، وإيجاد الآليات المناسبة لحماية العدل كالدفـاع عن الـحق والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. أكد البحث على ضرورة تفعيل هذه الأسس في الواقع الإسلامي لإحياء قيم العدل في حياة الأمة، وتعزيز الوعي بالدين الإسلامي الحنيف من خلال الارتباط بالقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. كما شدد على أهمية التربية كوسيلة لنشوء القيم الإسلامية، وتعزيز التعليم والابتكار لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كما دعا إلى فهم سنن التغيير والتدافع لتقوية الوحدة الإسلامية، وبناء مجتمع قائم على العدالة الاجتماعية وإحياء الهوية الإسلامية، بما يضمن استعادة الريادة الحضارية للأمة وفق متطلبات العصر.
