Future Landmarks for the Civilizational Advancement of the Islamic Nation - المعالم المستقبلية للنهوض الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية

Abstract

The study aims to examine the future landmarks for the civilizational advancement of the Islamic Ummah by analyzing the concept of civilizational progress, its historical background, characteristics, and future dimensions. The research addresses the issue of the civilizational decline of the Islamic Ummah due to political, economic, and social challenges, as well as the influence of Western hegemony over Muslim nations. The research employs multiple methodologies, including the descriptive-analytical approach to assess the current reality, the historical method to draw lessons from the past, the inductive method to derive divine principles related to civilizational progress, and the critical method to analyze misconceptions. The study concludes that civilizational advancement requires enhancing awareness of the Islamic faith through a close connection with the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the Ummah’s rich historical legacy to highlight its pioneering role in various fields. It emphasizes the importance of education as a fundamental tool for spreading Islamic culture and fostering innovation, achieving sustainable development, and reclaiming civilizational leadership in alignment with contemporary needs. Additionally, the study underscores the necessity of understanding the laws of change and competition to strengthen Islamic unity, apply Islamic values to build a society based on justice, and revive the Islamic identity to ensure the Ummah regains its civilizational leadership.

هدف البحث إلى دراسة المعالم المستقبلية للنهوض الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية من خلال تحليل مفهوم النهوض الحضاري وخلفيته التاريخية وخصائصه ومعالمه المستقبلية. وقد تناول البحث الإشكالية المتمثلة في التراجع الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية نتيجة التحديات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتأثير الهيمنة الغربية على الدول الإسلامية. وقد اعتمد البحث على مناهج متعددة، شملت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لرصد الواقع، والمنهج التاريخي لاستخلاص العبر، والمنهج الاستقرائي لاستنباط السنن الإلهية المتعلقة بالنهوض الحضاري، إضافة إلى المنهج النقدي لتحليل المفاهيم المغلوطة. وخلص البحث إلى أن النهوض الحضاري يتطلب تعزيز الوعي بالدين الإسلامي الحنيف من خلال الارتباط الوثيق بالقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وموروث الأمة في تاريخها المجيد لإبراز الدور الريادي في مختلف المجالات، كما يؤكد البحث على أهمية التربية كأداة أساسية لنشر الثقافة الإسلامية وتعزيز التعليم لتطوير الابتكار وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة واستعادة الريادة الحضارية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العصر. ويشدد على ضرورة فهم سنن التغيير والتدافع لتقوية الوحدة الإسلامية، وتطبيق القيم الإسلامية لبناء مجتمع قائم على العدالة وإحياء الهوية الإسلامية.
